Expertise behind the lens
Photography has been a constant part of my professional and creative life for many years, and I’m now developing that experience into a more focused specialism within property, architecture, and commercial spaces.
Alongside photography, I have spent nearly 20 years working as a business owner and project manager, supporting housing and property organisations across a wide range of operational and strategic projects. This has given me a strong understanding of the built environment, including repairs and maintenance, asset management, and building safety.
Through this work, I have developed a genuine interest in how buildings are designed, constructed, managed, and presented. I’ve also seen first-hand how strong visual communication supports everything from evidence gathering and project documentation to marketing, leasing, and brand positioning.
My work now brings these disciplines together: a long-standing passion for photography, an excellent understanding of property and the built environment, and an appreciation for landscape and fine art image-making.
This influence informs the way I photograph spaces and structures, drawing on principles of composition, light, atmosphere, texture, and visual storytelling often found in landscape and fine art photography. The result is imagery that goes beyond documentation alone, helping showcase properties, interiors, and architectural spaces with both technical precision and a stronger sense of place, character, and design intent.
I aim to provide precise, brief-led photography tailored to the needs of corporate, commercial, and private clients, delivering considered visual solutions that combine technical accuracy with strong composition and visual impact.
Using professional equipment alongside a methodical post-production workflow, I produce consistent, high-quality imagery that supports marketing objectives, strengthens brand perception, and showcases spaces effectively.
I hold the internationally recognised LRPS (Licentiate of the Royal Photographic Society) and a City & Guilds NVQ Level 4 in Photo Imaging (Digital Photography and Imaging).
I am also a keen landscape photographer and bring the creative ideas in Landscape to the commercial and architectural world
